Nick joined NAI in 2021 after a short recess from over 17 years in Commercial Real Estate in Southern Nevada. For 10 years he specialized in Industrial and Land Acquisitions and Dispositions for both Private and Public clients and was previously part of the largest Land Team in Nevada and the United States that succeeded in the sale, lease, and representation of hundreds of acres in Southern Nevada. From private client representation of small undeveloped land to large public (BLM) acquisition and disposition of Master Planned Land acreage he has assisted clients in getting land use entitlements, zoning changes, and special use permits with all local municipalities to maximize the highest and best use of his clients land.

Nick has a unique and extensive understanding of Land and Land Development with all CRE specialties from Master Planned Mixed Use projects, Hospitality applications, Industrial Park developments, Office Park developments, and Multi-Family projects. With his background as a Licensed General Contractor, whose family built and developed extensive Residential and Commercial projects in Southern California, he brings a strong relationship built skillset to consult and advise on all the necessary details in positioning a Land Asset so that it brings maximum value to the client and the most profitable exit strategy to an owner.

Prior to joining NAI Nick owned his own Real Estate Services Consulting company specializing in all aspects of “Fixing” or “Flipping” Residential projects of his or consulting and training others to do their own. He spent 7 years in the Film Business in Burbank and has been involved in many notable projects and films there. Nick owned and operated his own Hot Air Balloon and Airship Company that participated in many private and public events, commercials, and film.

Nick spent 17 years as a teacher, coach, and mentor to kids 3 to 18 years old in almost every youth sport from the municipal level to private and club programs. He has been involved with all Chambers of Commerce in Southern Nevada and the Economic Development branches shaping the growth and economy of Southern Nevada. Nick is a member of NAIOP, CCIM, and ULI, and is pursuing his accreditations with CCIM and SIOR.
