Brandon brings nearly a decade of real estate experience to NAI Utah
Southern Region. He has extensive knowledge and experience in the local
real estate market, and has worked as an advisor to several companies
as their broker and real estate consultant. His experience in
negotiating, deal structuring, analytical skills, and marketing are of
great benefit to both NAI and his clients.
expertise, out of the box thinking, and vigor helped win the national
O’Reilly Auto Parts disposition account after they merged with Checker
Auto Parts. He was commissioned to be the disposition manager and
compiled a team charged with selling and leasing their excess commercial
real estate after all over the country.
He has been recognized
as Rookie of the year, and multiple times for closing “the “Deal of the
Year” including a $6m land and building exchange with Peterbuilt and
Wheeler Machinery, as well as an 88,000 SF 6.8 Acre T.J. Maxx anchored
shopping center in Southern Utah.
Prior to joining NAI, Brandon
had several years of experience owning and operating several small
businesses, and working as a marketing manager throughout the United
Investment, Development Land, Special Use Assets
Scope of Service
Neil is both partner and CEO for Brokers Holdings. His client base is primarily focused on investment properties, development land, special use assets with or without the accompanying business, and difficult to sell REO properties. Neil’s professional experience is built on a capital markets foundation of deal structuring, cash flow modeling, and asset pricing. He has worked on projects including development land, multifamily and student housing, convenience store portfolios, grocery stores, motel/hotel properties, manufacturing companies, transportation companies, wind farms, farms and ranches, professional service firms, and start-up entrepreneurial ventures. He has advised on transactions with or without real estate.
For nine years, Neil taught economics and upper division finance at Dixie State University. His courses include Real Estate Finance, Entrepreneurial Finance, Financial Modeling and Decision Making, Intro to Economics, and Macro Economics. Previously he priced derivatives and structured products and helped create risk metrics for the North America Gas and Power Trade Floor at ConocoPhillips.
Neil earned a Masters of Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and is also a CFA Charter holder. He earned his Bachelors of Science from Brigham Young University with an emphasis in Finance and his Associates Degree from Dixie State College of Utah. He received his real estate license in 1998.
